These are the original single-ended tie-up type; the picture shows the tie flat unfolded as they come out the box. We believe they are silk but there is nothing on the packaging to state the material content.
Packed date 1950s and are in the original packaging. British military issue, label on the box states "Officers Evening Bow Ties, NOT TO BE OPENED UNTIL REQUIRED FOR USE!"
