Decent size & condition

Haven’t fitted to bike yet, they are a decent size but have quite a lot of straps to negotiate. My bike doesn’t have pannier brackets so will be slung over seat. Will need to make sure straps are secured and not flapping around. Can’t say more until fitted. Good size and condition for the price at £38.
